Our hotel management team communicates and maintains a close watch on the vitals that create the financial success. Our team meets regularly to audit hotel life safety, brand compliance, and financial control procedures. Performance goals [Service, Quality, & Profits] are reviewed monthly. Our Performance Support team takes great care in working with the property level GMs to build an environment where the company’s objectives translate into challenging and meaningful individual goals. This helps our general managers understand how their work contributes to broader business objectives and develops commitment.
Quality assurance and guest satisfaction
We aim to operate each of our hotels in the top 10% ranking nationally. Our GMs have excellent culture development and customer service skills along with proven quality control record. Sun Capital managed hotels consistently lead in their markets and rank high in the national arena.
